9 ON THE TOWN
| On Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2005 the Los Angeles TV station Channel 9 did a "shoot" at our club for their weekly program "9 ON THE TOWN" The program focuses on events and activities of interest throughout the city. Shots of action at our club along with interviews of members was integrated with footage made at Allied Model Trains which gave interesting information on how one goes about getting started in the hobby. The segment aired on Wednesday, Oct. 12. and following Saturday, the 16th, we had a special open house for viewers of the program. |
